Admin Support
Wrotham School is excited to advertise for an experienced Admin Support person to join our team.
We are looking to appoint an experienced administrator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm and professional at all times. You will need to be confident with front of house duties and be adaptable to the needs of the school. You will be a good team player as well as being a disciplined worker with good time management.
Your duties will include admin support of the timetable and curriculum, managing the staff duty rota, booking of supply staff, supporting the attendance and admissions officer, reception duties and general administration for the current admin team when needed.
The successful candidate will be used to working with word and excel and have a working knowledge of SIMS. Experience of timetabling and the attendance and admissions process would be desirable but full training will be given.
This post is full time, term time only plus 2 days post. The hours are 7.30am– 3.30pm Monday to Thursday, 3.00pm finish on a Friday, which includes a half hour break. The salary is based on the KR 5/6 pay scale for support staff (£20,595 – £23,262 FTE) pro rata to an actual salary of £17,096 – £19,310.
