Head of Maths
We are seeking to recruit an outstanding Head of Mathematics to join our team. The successful candidate must be talented and committed, with the personality, skills and drive necessary to inspire our students and have the ability to deliver engaging lessons of the highest quality. A Recruitment & Retention Allowance of £2000 is available for the successful candidate.
In February 2020 our school was rated as ‘good’ in all areas by Ofsted, who praised our teachers’ good subject knowledge and enthusiasm as well as strong leadership and a commitment to improving children’s lives.

The successful applicant will be an excellent classroom practitioner committed to achieving the very best outcomes, able to create an engaging learning environment, passionate about teaching and learning, and able to contribute to the development of the department.

Regular department time and shared planning enables consistency and a strong team ethic, and there would be opportunities for further responsibility in the form of assistant head of department for the right candidate is also available.

The position is a full-time one, however flexible working hours will be considered.
