Office Manager
This is a key role at the heart of our school, providing leadership and day-to-day management to ensure the smooth and effective operation of our administrative functions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading a team and will bring a positive, solution-focused approach to their work.
The successful candidate will:
Have previous experience in a team leadership or management role
Be highly organised and able to prioritise and delegate effectively
Be an excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrate resilience, professionalism and discretion at all times
Take pride in delivering a high standard of service to students, staff, and families
Be confident in using IT systems (experience with school systems is desirable but not essential)
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the day-to-day operations of the Admin and Reprographics teams
Managing workflows and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
Supporting the Senior Leadership Team and HR Director with key administrative processes
Ensuring the school office is a welcoming and professional environment
Maintaining high standards of compliance and organisation across all admin systems
