Student enrichment that values creative and performing arts and sport to develop character
We are passionate about our responsibility to ensure high quality student enrichment opportunities throughout the Trust. These include opportunities to try new activities so that students can find out what they are good at and enjoy, as well as activities which challenge them and take them out of their comfort zone. This is where they will further develop their character.
We place high value on the creative and performing arts and sport, and these activities feature strongly in the student enrichment curriculum. Our schools also offer a wide range of residential trips in England and abroad, in countries such as Kenya and the USA.
Year 7 have a 1 night survival camp, year 9 experience a 5 day outdoor pursuits trip.
We encourage as many students as possible to follow the Duke of Edinburgh Award.
